How To Submit a Help Request

Log into your account by typing your username and password into the fields at the top-right of the screen and click the login button. If you do not have a username and password, create a new account. See How to Create a User / Login for help creating and account. You must be logged in to submit help requests.

  1. On the menu bar, hover the mouse over Help menu item.
  2. Click the Support option from the drop-down sub-menu.
  3. Click the Click here to submit a help request link under the Help System header.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your help request.
